Doug Ose, a candidate for the Republican nomination for the 4th Congressional District, right, laughs
at a comment former Gov. Pete Wilson, left, made about Ose's opponent, state Sen. Tom McClintock

All I had to read was the Sac Bee endorsing Ose to know for sure to vote for McClintock. I don’t know what to think about the Mt. Democrat (Placerville) endorsing Ose. Of course there’s alot of bay area transplants moving up into my neck of the woods.....too bad.

Wait!!! Isn’t that one without a jacket on that dumbass Democrat Charlie Brown???

Pete Wilson is SO yesterdays news! Actually, he seems to be lurking everytime a conservative candidate gets cut off at the knees.
He may be old news, but he is far from gone.
With friends(R) like these, who needs enemies(D)?

I don’t know... it doesn’t look like his other pics, to me.
But I haven’t seen him otherwise.

Ol' Petey is staying true to form. If I were he, I'd be so embarrassed about being so wrong about Reagan, I'd just shut up and go away!
I can't imagine Tom would want the endorsement of such a man. Tom has too much integrity! (as opposed to slimy Ose)

Is it seriously Brown? Hmmmm, just how stupid is Ose to have his picture taken with the D candidate?
Geez, I hope McClintock leaves them eatin' dirt (I heard that Tom was 20 -30 pts ahead of Ose.....anyone......anyone......Bueller?)

I had to excerpt the article quite heavily. There were even more sins cited.
Until the Wilsonneggers of the party are fully exposed, it will be tough to win elections.
My bet is he is actively working to undermine Prop 98—it will be a miracle if it passes.

* If Pete Wilson had gotten his way, Ronald Reagan would have never been in the White House. When Reagan ran for president, Wilson traveled to New Hampshire during the primary election to campaign against his home state governor. Spending days in the state bashing Reagan, Wilson informed GOP voters that Reagan had been a mediocre governor, was too extreme to get elected president and would lead the GOP to disaster. ...
I was just going through YouTube and found that despite Wilson's backstabbing, Reagan supported Wilson's campaign against Jerry Brown for the 1982 Senate race.
Too bad I wasn't old enough to vote against Pete Wilson in the primary like I did in subsequent years. ;-)
Anyway, here's the clip...
Reagan Supports Wilson for California US Senator in 1982
It's funny seeing Jerry Brown's "Not Jerry Brown!" commercial again.
To: calcowgirl
I'm still mad at Pete Wilson for two things:
1. During his debate with Kathleen Brown, he promised to serve a full term if he won. One month after taking office for his second term, he announced his run for President.
2. When he announced his run for President, he went to New York City to have the Statue of Libery as his backdrop. He couldn't find a place in California to announce his candidacy?

Oh, I'm sure he is working to undermine 98. What a balck mark on Repubs this guy is. I never knew he was this bad.
Listening to Rush talk about how to take back the R party from the weenie's. He thinks we have to crash and burn, then rise anew before the moderates will see that conservatism works. I think we can do it with staunch conservatives like Tom....the ground up.
I do agree with Rush that there are more than we imagine of very conservative young people out there starting to fight the fight with us.
