Thank God for that.
Now if we could just get Carter to go away too...

I’ll believe it for both when they are dead and buried.
....but the legacies live on...

I suspect he isn’t physically well. Not sure he ever completely recovered from his bypass surgery and the lung surgery that followed it.

I'll believe it when I see it...or don't see it, to put it more accurately.
As the famed wordsmith, Emmitt Smith, said on TV last year, "you can't change a leopard's stripes."

Now he can just be king of the world.

Yeah, and the era of big government is over. Rush put it best, “The lie is his best friend.”

The Chelsesaurus Rex has yet to make her run. She hasn’t been campaigning for mommy for no reason: she’s gonna have a go. Let’s see Daddy stop himself from giving her a hand!
I’ll believe it when they are all three dead and buried with stakes driven thru their evil hearts. That won’t happen for a few decades yet.

Two other points:
1. Will he use this as an excuse to NOT campaign for Obama in this year?
2. Will he be afforded a speaking role at the convention as a healthy ex-president, as has been done in the past (except with Jimmy Carter)?

Feh - their tombstones will probably have built-in multimedia computer screens that will play back highlights of the Clinton era 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all eternity.
Bills will probably have a touch screen, however.

Although I do find it a little hard to believe that he would turn down any future opportunity to hog a TV camera... You don't have to be in politics to hog the camera.
He could have a reality show on TV.

The Clintons will never go away.
The only way to get rid of the Clintons are:
1. Cast the shadow of a cross on them
2. Drive a stake through their hearts
3. Use a gun containing a silver bullet
She’s already plotting strategy for 2012.

The Clintoon Lie-brary is probably working on this as we speak. It will be in the grand rotundra of the double-wide where Bubba will lie in state, mummified under glass (ala Lenin) for all eternity.

Bill Clinton told reporters in Montana today that this was his last political campaign This is just a cheezy transparent attempt at saying "If you don't put us in this election it's bye, bye."

Rush just played the clip. BUBBA: This may be the LAST DAY I am campaigning. Rush said it was just to get sympathy...boo hoo...this might be my last day.

As disreputable as he is, you’ve got to give him credit for having stamina. Last week I recall he did 6 or 7 campaign stops in a single day.
I’ll be glad to see him go, Wish he’d take Jimmy Carter with him.
