Why did Khobar Towers in Saudi sit empty until they were rented out as “barracks” (with marble floors, etc.) by the U.S. military?

Answer: Though they were built as housing projects for the Bedouin, the buildings are high-rises and the PTB forget that Muslim men refuse to live in a place where a woman is literally above/over/higher (i.e., on higher floors) than them.
