Taking the boys and young girls based on their parents "beliefs" should cost them another $400 mil.

I hope there are some good lawyers out there drooling over the state of Texas.

(BTW, I *am* a Texan and it's my taxes which will help foot this bill. I'll happily pay to set a precedent.)

The thought that there is a government agency that can declare you underage and having no rights when they know you are an adult that scares me.

This should cost the state $$
This should cost the individuals responsible say 5-20 with no time off for good behavior.
