Yes, odd as it sounds that is correct. It’s the “magic” dilation diameter when the doctors clear the room of all nonessential visitors and the kid is on the way out. I witnessed it 3 times, my 2 daughters and recently my grandson.Dang, you sound like some kinda expert. When the water breaks, do you head for higher ground?

Why is there no mention of the feet or inches the tide has risen? Beach erosion is another matter....it can happen with a strong thunder storm.
My dock shows no evidence of higher than normal tides. I need to see some proof.
