Can someone tell me why in the world the people of his district keep reelecting this nutcase? I just don’t get it. Is he great with constituent services? To me all he seems to do is run for President and make a fool of himself, yet he’s still a Congressman. What’s the attraction for people in Cleveland?

Just like "people in New Orleans" elect Nagin or people in San Francisco elect Pelosi. The majority of the voters in those places are liberal nutcases and thus they elect liberal nutcases.
What amazes me are those conservative Republicans who still live in those places.
