Which law? It would never be upheld in court as treason because it does not fit the definition. The only law on the books that I found regarding sedition is the Smith Act, and this would not violate that. It’s an opinion, and while you may not like what they have to say they certainly have the right to say it. Isn’t that the reason we are in Iraq in the first place - to defend our liberty?
