Hmmm... Could be “not guilty”. At the vary least, she’s “let her off with a warning”. We’ll need a better picture for a final ruling.

Perhaps not. She's easily now the most "interesting" freshman in her college. Later, a nice high-profile legal career, or an easy first rung on the political ladder awaits folks with a flair for publicity.

As to our, (uhhgg, excuse me while I choke) Governor’s daughter’s announcement today that she is gay, which at 17, I guess that means she is sexually active with other females and wants us all now to know it, well, that to any straight female, is at best disturbing, and at worst, in extremely poor taste to announce. It’s absolutely classless, as though we, the lowly citizens of MA must be informed about this tremendously important development. Like we give a darn. Leave it at home, deary, like people of grace do. I can’t say I’d expect anything better from this tacky family, and leave it to Deval to politicize it.

Drop the “gay” moniker already. If “gays” are really proud, or at least unashamed of their sexuality, they should refer to themselves as homosexuals.

They’re “proud” to be out and not living their lives with everyone assuming they are straight. Not my reasoning, but theirs.
And they are damn happy to correct you if you make the slightest mistake of assuming they have a boyfriend/husband (ie We’re having a party, bring your boyfriend along”) and get all pissy and offended you don’t know they’re perverted. Some don’t even wait to be offended, they volunteer the information and then proceed to shovbe their perversion in your face any way they can.
