That is not a "Certificate of Birth". It is a "Certification of Birth", which could have been printed yesterday.

Most likely, it is a certified copy issued by the state. I requested one from Florida to obtain my passport. It looks nothing like the original.

What this doesn’t tell us it whether he changed his name or race, from what was on the original. Also, why is the # blacked out? I can only think the reason would be so that others could not request verification of this specific document and the information on it.

I verified that current HI certified copies have both a signature stamp and an raised/embossed seal on them. The seal is deep, so it should be seen on this document, even if done on the back.

However, this is a legal record. That looks like others I've seen when requesting current copies. Also on the bottom it states: This copy serves as a prima facle evidence of the fact of the birth in any court proceeding. HRS 338-13b.

Now can we move on to issue differences instead of playing these games. I am sure Barry Obama is loving our side being distracted with these things.
