More Lectures from Liberal Huckabee
Capital Research Center ^ | June 18, 2008 | Matthew Vadum

Posted on 06/18/2008 3:19:21 PM PDT by vadum

After making a fool of himself during GOP primary season, liberal Mike Huckabee just can't keep his foot out of his mouth.

Now the former Arkansas governor who would have saved America by forcing everyone to go jogging and eat bran, is condescending to conservatives, lecturing them on how to educate the public about Barack Obama.

"Republicans will make a fundamental if not fatal mistake if they seek to win the election by demonizing Barack Obama," Huckabee says.

No one is supposed to criticize Obama? Huckabee is the last person conservatives should be taking advice from. He wants us to sit on our hands while Obama crusades for socialized medicine, dismantling the War on Terror, and confiscatory taxation.

And who says GOPers or conservatives were planning to demonize Obama anyway? Presenting facts about someone is not the same as demonizing him.

Certainly it is a historic moment. Obama is the first major party nominee of African-American descent. America has come a long way, but let's get real: this is the presidency of the United States of America we're talking about. No one gets it in order to achieve a sentimental "first." Nor should they.

Besides, Americans may be ready to elect a black man as president, but are they ready to elect a Black Panther as president?

I agree with the author, Huck continues to play himself like an idiot and into liberal hands. After the last week of the slob story about how evil republicans were going to go after Michele Obama and the praise for Obama’s website to “fight smears” all to send the message that everything bad you hear about Obamamessiah is a lie. Now along comes Huck reinforcing the issue.

Here is Huckabee's fat and repulsive family. They look like a bunch of circus freaks. I am so proud I spent weeks of posts, phone calls, emails and faxes doing everything I could to keep this stupid SOB away from the nomination.

demonize (dm-nz) KEY TRANSITIVE VERB: demonized , demonizing , demonizes To turn into or as if into a demon. To possess by or as if by a demon. To represent as evil or diabolic: wartime propaganda that demonizes the enemy. OTHER FORMS: demonization (-m-n-zshn) KEY (Noun)

Obambi isn't diabolic, he's just another useful tool of the radical left. Nothing wrong with that kind of criticism, IMHO.

I love my country but, #$%^&$%

I love my country but, !%$&^*$

I love my country but, if McCain picks that slime for his VP, I WILL cast my vote for that black racist and Marxist.

I know, it’s emotional, it’s stupid, it might even make me a traitor, BUT, I can only take so much.

di·a·bol·i·cal
adj.
1. Of, concerning, or characteristic of the devil; satanic

Actually, if you study Obama's advocacy of infanticide, it fits perfectly.

Upon further review, I’d have to agree. P-B abortion is indeed an Obamanation.

This is what we call ad hominem, "replying to an argument or factual claim by attacking ... the person making the argument or claim." It makes people feel good and clever but it doesn't address the question at issue. If you want to make a case against Huckabee or Obama concentrate on relevant words and actions, not on insinuations and innuendos.

Presenting facts about someone is not the same as demonizing him.

True, but it depends on how you do it. If you provide information about Obama's acts and ties and beliefs you can build a convincing case against him. If you just concentrate on name calling you don't get very far.

Besides, Americans may be ready to elect a black man as president, but are they ready to elect a Black Panther as president?

That's a good example of what Huck's against. He's trying to get people not to sound like morons. That goes some way to make up for whatever he's done wrong in the past.

“Voters will make a fundamental if not fatal mistake if they don’t learn the truth about Barack Obama.

8 years of MSM liberals demonizing Bush and now what are we reduced to?
- An Obamedia that runs roughshod over the truth and create the phoniest and most biased hype ever
- A GOP candidate that runs away from the GOP incumbent President
- Warnings not to be ‘too harsh’ on the most leftwing, least qualified, most dangerous nominee in our history.
- Leftist extremists that are left to their devices

Amazing. And this Obama guy is now 5% ahead in the polls!
After Wright, Pfleger, and a whole mess of extremists - the media whitewashes it away and moves on to the coronation.

DONT LET IT HAPPEN.

“He’s trying to get people not to sound like morons. “

We sound like morons when we attack President Bush but dont lay a glove on Barack Obama.

There needs to be a middle ground between the mindless praise than the Obama=devile talk for this zero accomplishment leftwing junior Senator.

It's a country club thing. You wouldn't understand. I guarantee you that if this gang of rapacious cretins take over, they're going after the Right with a chainsaw.

Here’s the unvarnished facts about Obama. He has a radical leftist background. He still has radical leftist friends. He had a wacko America-hating pastor WHO WAS HIS MENTOR!!! His wife routinely makes anti-American comments. Now it appears she may have been muzzled and brainwashed. Obama also makes public comments that would leave a casual observer to conclude that he is a socialist. His record in the senate makes him the most leftist member of congress. Even a congressman who call himself a socialist (Bernie Sanders) is not as far-left as Obama. No one has to try to demonize Obama. He’s done that job by himself.

I've said it before, I will repeat it. Anything coming out of the mouth of anyone from Arkansas is suspect. Huckabee is only great in his own mind.
