This may be the one issue that McCain can really pound Obama on where people will pay attention. Obama has dismissed McCain's drilling proposal by claiming it won't help in the short term. Well, pin Obama down on what he will do that can help in the short term. And if Obama tries to promote long term solutions, point out that people don't drive in the long term, they drive everyday. And they're hurting now.

If I may say so, you are mistaken. I have the utmost respect for this country and those who serve and have served. Secondly, I love this country and the constitution that is supposed to govern our laws. I just do not see George Bush as having a strategy for the US energy policy.
