Huh? Why do you ask?

can you picture the tv commercial with the call to prayer audio running underneath my fading photos of towers with that quote flashed across the screen asking Americans if obama is really the right choice to fight the WOT?

just enough of a doubt to ask yourself if he would react appropriately in a threatening situation, a decision to launch a hit by a preditor for instance, knowing that civilians could be unintentionally hurt or killed? Its a reminder of the Emperor Clintonius days.

I would say that it is reasonable to say that this person has a Mexican background, despite never having lived in Mexico and having been born in the U.S. The point is, wouldn’t it be smart to get a clarification of what “Muslim background” means to this guy before declaring that it is a confirmation that someone was Muslim? This, especially from someone who had never met Barack until Barack was in his 20s. Doesn’t it seem highly probable that this guy is referring to the fact that Barack’s father was raised a Muslim and that his people on his father’s side are overwhelmingly Muslim? Islam is a part of his family background. That’s not in dispute.

All indications are that Barack Obama has basically brought up agnostic. Criticize him for that, criticize him for having a father who was Muslim, atheist, deadbeat, etc. Criticize him for having a mother who married former and current Muslims. Whether one feels that he deserves criticism for these things or not, at least these things have bases whereas the notion that Barack Obama himself was actually a Muslim is so far baseless.

Also, when people refer to Kufis and Dashikis as Muslim attire, it reeks of ignorance and desperation.

Wag the dog, maybe?

That ‘this’ has legs in MSM makes me wonder if the ObamaNation ‘wants’ it out there. ‘See Amerikka, Obama’s minions are just like you’ (wink).

Color me cynical of anthing negative about BHO right now...

Oh contraire!... It isn't baseless if Obama is obfusicating! Just this past week there was an aritlce about Obama's Half-Brother Malik Obama in Kenya ( who is Muslim) , it reads as follows: "the Jerusalem Post reports, "Barack Obama's half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background. In an interview with Army Radio he expressed a special salutation from the Obamas of Kenya." http://web.israelinsider.com/Articles/Politics/12918.htm

Barack Obama had no Christian background at all, until he joined the United Trinty Church 20 years ago...Barack is 47 years old, what did he do the with the other 27 years he was not a member of any Christian Church, if you consider Rev. Wright's church Christian?

why is that> Obama is not that great, except from what the Media tells us about him, the man hasn't even been in the senate but a few years, and he really has NO record to run on... he is after all the perfect "post turtle"

Did you read the entire post that you were responding to?

That part was referring to his half-brother's statement (the one who had no contact with Barack until Barack's adulthood). And how is Barack's brother's statement and example of Barack obfuscating? The true obfuscation comes from those who are finagling to try and prove that someone is something they claim not to be.

Barack is not honest, which is why he needs a real honest debate, no holds barred, with real concerns addressed, and not a debate where he is pampered by mass media. Honestly... Geraldine Ferraro was correct, Barack would not be in this position if he was not black. The very fact that he is black seems to excuse him from answering tough questions about his past. His troubled youth with drugs, his troubled past with a slumlord, his troubled past with Rev. Jermiah Wright, his troubled past with his marxit pals.

What are you afraid of? Truth?

Ok.

Isn't this the "race card" (something that you would surely accuse a black person of playing if they said that someone received a benefit because they are white)?

It's something that even a liberal feminist will get support from the Right if she says something negative about black people.

Do you agree that Clarence Thomas is on the Supreme Court because he is black?

His troubled youth with drugs, his troubled past with a slumlord, his troubled past with Rev. Jermiah Wright, his troubled past with his marxit pals.

Seems that I hear and see these things all over the news, internet, etc. daily.

What are you afraid of? Truth?

Actually, that is what I'm trying to get people to place emphasis on as opposed to something like calling traditional West African attire "Muslim attire".
