If Obama
"brings a gun" then we should bring a Hellfire AGM-114N missile.

If the description of the weapon’s effectiveness is correct, Lockheed Martin deserves a kudos for its design. We are Americans. We don’t shoot at people with the intention of not hurting them.

Oh joy! Will the creeps in congress outlaw this like waterboarding? We need more of these gifts to be sent to our fun loving Muzzies.

Wasn’t there a Star Trek episode about a couple of planets who were waging a sanitary war? People were still dying but it wasn’t so “messy”. So war itself became extended because it wasn’t so bad. Seems the crew put a stop to it by somehow screwing up the computers that “disinfected” the battles with the justification that if war becomes the horror it is meant to be, it will end sooner.

Same principle, but sounds like this uses aluminum powder rather than liquid dispersal. The Military Channel had a good show about thermobaric explosives. Very violent blast effects.

FAE or fuel air explosive disperse a cloud of flammable liquid then have an initiator that triggers the cloud. The problem with FAE is that it is pretty hard to handle.
These weapons use powdered aluminum. The concept is the the same as a grain elevator explosion. A powdered substance with a lot of surface area to bond to available oxygen. The powdered aluminum burns fast and hot.
