I'll give him the seven word salute later.

RIP, dude, you gave us many laughs. Hated your politics, though.

I always thought he was funny. I hardly ever take a trip, packing my "stuff" and getting there and trying to figure out where to put my "stuff" when somebody else's "stuff" is already there......well, you'd have to remember this from one of his performances to know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, RIP, Mr. Carlin.

ET breaks the news that comedian George Carlin has died from heart failure. The man who made famous the “seven words you can never say on television” passed away at 5:55 p.m. Sunday at Saint John’s Hospital in Santa Monica, his longtime publicist said. He was 71.

Carlin, who has had several heart attacks and a history of cardiac issues, went into the hospital this afternoon after complaining of heart problems.

I hope he came to terms with his maker after this video.

George Carlin was much smarter than the comedian he played on stage. So long to a wise guy...

A damn shame. His “Trippy Hippy Dippy Weatherman” was one of my favorites. His “Class Clown” was the first adult comedy show that my parents allowed me to watch when it was on HBO.

What a shame. His stinging humor will be missed.
