Here's an interesting list
(Fish, levels of mercury and omega-3 fatty acids).
Looks like salmon and herring have the best ratios, followed by sole and crab. ...and a few others.

We eat a lot of salmon, halibut, shrimp, clams and oysters. I’ve never eaten shark or sailfish; must be doing OK.
