It wasn’t hot on Monday night/Tuesday morning.
I was out on Monday night — a lot of people out on the streets.
Crime is still at historic lows in the city. Will it stay that way? Probably not. A lot of lay-offs on Wall Street, a lot of jobs going to be lost.
