A teenager was fatally shot on the lower East Side during a bloody 12-hour stretch that left four other people in the city murdered, cops said Tuesday.

Vincent Cruz, 17, of Washington Heights, was shot once in the head at about 2:10 a.m. Tuesday on Eldridge St. during a fight with a group of men, police said.
