Police Report: Mexican Army Members Busted for Home Invasion and Murder
KFYI ^ | June 26, 2008 | KFYI

The suspects may have been hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations in the U.S

Police reports show that three men arrested in a Phoenix home invasion and homicide Monday may have been active members of the Mexican Army.

While on the J.D. Hayworth show, Phoenix Law Enforcement Association President Mark Spencer said that the men involved were hired by drug cartels to perform home invasions and assassinations.

The Monday morning incident at 8329 W. Cypress St. resulted in the death of the homeowner. Between 50 and 100 rounds were fired at the house.

Spencer said a police officer told him that one of the men captured said they were completely prepared to ambush Phoenix police, but ran out of ammunition.

He added that all were all dressed in military tactical gear and were armed with AR-15 assault rifles. Three other men involved in the invasion escaped.

Click Here to listen to Mark Spencer's entire interview on the J.D. Hayworth show.

However, Phoenix Police have not confirmed the men were Mexican Army members.

Sgt. Joel Tranter said one suspect revealed that he had "prior military training," but "no credible evidence" that any of them were active in the military.

And the White House

And the Senate

And most state and local governments, with a few exceptions. A guy like Sheriff Joe comes to mind.

It was just a matter of time until this stuff that has been going on in Mexico spilled over into our country. The most interesting part of this is that it happened well away from the border instead of in Laredo or El Paso where the Mexican violence is very close at hand. Members of the Mexican army, in military outfits, armed with assault rifles, got as far north as Phoenix WITHOUT BEING NOTICED? Our country has been and continues to be invaded. Our government is not doing enough about it. How high up the food chain in the U.S. will these outrages have to climb before our government actually acts?

These poor Mexicans (who are just here doing the--"wet"-- work that other Americans won't do) have nothing to worry about.

I'm sure the Mexican Guvmint will provide them with the best defense their corrupt regime can muster.

In addition, the World Court will make a case that they be tried under their jurisdiction as well as the UN suggesting they were merely "freedom fighters" and could not possibly get a fair trial.

Calling William Kunstler and Ramsey Clark!!

Moreover, who wants to bet that our State Dept. (including Condi-Clueless), DHS (including "SerpentHead" Chertoff) our illustrious leader (GWB), McLame, et al., will be as quiet about this entire episode as a church mouse--the same church which no doubt is offering sanctuary to one and all illegals.

the wall street journal today has an article

“state farm sponsors hispanic voting drive”, p. 16.

if you’re driving with state farm insurance, you’re paying for this.

If these guys were in the Mexican military, would this not be considered an act of war?

What will it take to close the effing borders, a nuclear attack from Mexico?

Correct on both replies. I was raised in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, worked there as an adult, got married there now live in Central Texas. My rancher friends tell me horror stories in the last several years of “incursions” which is what they are.

People had better develop a mindset of resisting this sort of thing, be prepared, it is no joke. You’re right with the escalation of outright border warfare, again, I don’t care what the “reasons” are, Mexico is totally out of control and needs to be surpressed at our borders. Or possibly even South of our borders, hit specified targets to deflate their offensives.

Meanwhile, our “elected officials” except Joe Arpaio, are snoozing. I look to Joe for leadership and ideas!

I predict there will soon be reprisals against Hispanics in the SW border states. People down that-a-way are getting sick and tired of the problems caused by the invasions.

Wusses in Congress.

Wusses in Congress??

What about the "Wuss-in-Chief," our illustrious leader?

If anyone thinks for one minute we will hear W condemning this act of barbarity and terorism they are living in "dillusion-land."

He luvs all things Mexican so much that while he won't pardon the 2 Border Guards serving a decade in prison under trumped-up charges, that I'm willing to bet he will insure (and instruct his DOJ) they get the due process Ramos and Compean were denied.

Our friends from south of the border. Don’t say anything about Mexican Army members committing capital crimes in the U.S., or you’ll be “racist”.

I would say it won't happen until a U.S. Senator or Congressman is directly affected by the violence. They're cool as long as it doesn't happen in THEIR backyard.

Also of great interest, will this story receive any coverage in the MSM? In more sane times, this event and the possible involvements would have been major news.

If you go to the link for the full article, you’ll find two links to very interesting audio interviews. In one of the early posts there is a link to the previous day’s thread on this. In that thread, #124 - #125 - #136 have good info.

This is some very serious stuff and the MSM and the gubmint are silent.

Something’s happening here
What it is ain’t exactly clear...you know the rest.

What is will take is for there to be no money to be made in it. When the government can gain more money, more power, and more control by stringing the war on terror out as long as possible, rather than solving the real problem quickly, then this kind of thing will continue for as long as possible.

You have not been paying attention. These are not run of the mill murderous mojados. These guys and their organizations are vying with the Mexican government over control of Mexico. Read up on what’s happening in Chihuahuaa and Sonora. Any help the the Mex government provides these three will be for appearances sake only. The preferred outcome for the Mexican government would be life in prison. And if the pinche gringos want to put them to death, ni modo. Que lastima. As for the World Court and the U.N., these guys blew that kind of support by using assault weapons. Of course U.S.-Arizona taxpayers will pay for their defense and upkeep well into the future.

Look, I know it’s distasteful, but it’s time to just invade Mexico. It’s the humanitarian thing to do.

Clean up the corruption. Dismantle the socialist government and fund restoration of order with oil money. Their corruption is destroying BOTH our countries and it’s only going to get worse thanks to our spineless/clueless politicians.

Even the most ardent liberals will support invading oil producing countries when gas goes to $10 per gallon in this country. Might as well take control now, since we’re being invaded.

Roger on the easy ROE, I think there are some easy, common-sense ROE already “in place” with my rancher friends on the border.

I have written many letters to Dubya about the border since about a week or so after 9/11 when I realized the border wasn’t even a consideration! Those of us familiar with our Southern border were saying on 9/12 “CLOSE THE BORDER!”, not “secure” but CLOSE. Didn’t happen. I have personally patrolled those areas and could show folks (if I had permission from ranchers) virtual “expressways” in the brush, littered beyond description by the mind-boggling level of traffic, gee, who else is coming across? Well, we’ve all talked about that many times on FR.

I guess just keep hammering, don’t know what else to do. Today’s ruling on the 2nd Amendment should have been a no-brainer but at least it’s in the right direction.

Stay strong, stay together.

And why have these invaders of the USA not been caught and SHOT on sight.

Can anyone please ask a Democrat, anywhere what as I learned where there 2 pure aspects Of the Constitution?

As I learned they were:
1: Regulate interstate commerce (which has been corrupted to the nth/degree)
2: Secure and protect the border from all foreign invaders.

Ok, Ill admit it has been a long time since HS (grad 1981) but that is what I remember.

If invaded by anyone from a foreign country and if they pose any possible risk - dispose of them.
