Ruling has nothing to do with CCW. However, I believe that it will become important in future cases regarding CCW issues.

What part of "keep and bear" doesn't Merryland understand?

I had one when I lived in Indiana. I had one when I lived in Kentucky.

This ruling should support the prohibition here.
