However, only 6 in MI says something whether it’s Quinnipiac or not...

McCain is going to win Michigan and PA. Watch.

I believe so as well. BTW... my hatred of socialism is fueling my desire to vote in 2008... not my RINO candidate.

You’re probably joking... but I wouldn’t put that out of the realm of possibility this year. Seriously...

Has any presidential candidate lost all 50 states?

Walter Mondale came close in 1984. He barely held on to win his home state of Minnesota by 3,761 votes. A swing of 1,881 votes would have caused Reagan to sweep all the states in the electoral college. Of course Mondale burried Reagan in the District of Columbia which is not a state.

Don’t know; but Barack Obama could be the first in history to lose all fifty-seven states.

I looked up Lutefisk. Maybe they just weren't regular.

I can’t find a link, but if you recall the democrat candidates were hammering Bush 24/7 during the 2004 primaries, while Bush wasn’t even campaigning, so he was taking a beating. Many here were wondering when Bush would stand up and fight, as he was trailing badly. Don’t remember that?

of course I remember him being hammered, and being frustrated beyond belief... but Kerry was never 20 points ahead... Not even close... I don’t believe he was ever 10 points ahead either

So??? Bush 1 was essentially an incumbent, and had Reagan supporting him wholeheartedly
