That’s what I was wondering.
Humans don’t work very well on an empty stomach either.
So why don’t you go and have some dinner, then you’ll
understand my posts better.
What point(s) am I missing?
Pass this on to the DNC. A new source of Democratic registrations under the Motor Voter Act.
I will assume that your question is sincere, and that you
are not messing with me and thus try to explain myself.
Somewhere in my post #76 you got the idea that I thought
animals should have rights. However, I think I used sarcasm
to skillfully make the point that animals cannot have the
same responsibilities that humans have; like child care or
driving a car or voting or anything that humans call “rights”.
It was sarcasm.
Ferdinand and Isabella must be rolling over in their grave at warp speed over the depredation of the nation the founded.
OK. You continued to argue anyway....
Sorry. Check the timing.
I got your mail after I posted.
My apologies.
Back to Monkeyshine.com... you dirty ape! ;^D
Do you mean to tell me that the two current candidates are not apes?
/They are most delicious. :)<
LOL! Reminds me of what I used to read to my children many years ago.
There once was a puffin the shape of a muffin.
He lived on an island in the deep blue sea.
He ate little fishes, which were most delicious.
He ate them for breakfast and he ate them for tea.
Now the human apes in San Francisco can petition to marry apes in Spain. Now that is one social movement I want to see. Let’s call it “Petophilia” or “Democrats Go Ape!”
I guess the old song will have to be changed to:
The apes in Spain bend over for the pain.
The “macacca” vote did help them in a US Senate race in VA.
I believe that by observing animals we can realize the complexities of life, and the glory of God. I am not convinced animals realize there was a creator.
I do think man should be kind to animals. Even if they should be slaughtered, the most humane would should be found to do it.
Recognizing human-like rights for apes is silly in my opinion.
It’s basically a signpost along the way of the decaying of human society. Nothing good will come of this. You watch as other animals are added in over time. And you watch the wierdness that jumps out of the woodword to exploit it to the detriment of society.
It’s oil today.
It’ll be food tomorrow.
