A Canadian stand-up comedian will face a human rights tribunal hearing after a woman complained she and her friends faced a "tirade of homophobic and sexist comments" while attending one of his shows.
In a decision released this week, the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal ruled there is enough evidence to hear the case of Vancouver woman Lorna Pardy against Toronto comedian Guy Earle. Zesty's Restaurant in Vancouver, where the May 22, 2007, show took place, was also named in the complaint. The restaurant has since closed.

I did. I predict that Lesbos will have to change its name to accomodate the Gays.
I'm not sure what it is NAMBLA 'expresses' publicly, but what they profess is a criminal act in every jurisdiction in the land and therefor is not protected speech.
Think a little deeper --- you may come to understand that all speech is not and should not be protected.
Mr. Heston was a spokesman FOR the NRA/ACLU complex.
See the difference?
Yes...I see that it is insignificant. Both Messrs. Heston and Barr joined forces with the ACLU only on CONSERVATIVE issues.
You know, those issues that you hate, like having a less-intrusive government. Privacy, right to keep and bear arms, etc.
You have only Bob’s word for it. Seems to me the reality of the ACLU is that it’s like the mob ~ in for a dime, in for a dollar.
About 99.99999% of everything you do leaves no record, or of it does that record is in such a mass of information that it's not of much value to anyone but yourself and your creditors.
The promise of the computer had been that such devices could ferret out relevant factoids in a morass of garbage and find nuggets of valuable information.
Alas, there's so terribly much information the spy (intelligence analyst) still has to have a good idea of what information he needs before he even goes after it.
I used to call these things "non Fourth Amendment" searches ~ and once you've done that, then you get a warrant to go get the info.
Takes as much time today to do that as it did a 100 years ago.
Now back to "intrusive government", nutcases and US Senators appear to be the only people on Earth who continue to believe that you can actually go hire folks to be bureaucrats who will "intrude".
The watchword in the federal bureaucracy the last twenty years has been to "work smart", which is a nice way of saying it's better to squeeze as much productivity out of the system that you can so that you don't have to spend all your time working.
