NEW YORK, June 29 (Reuters) - U.S. congressional leaders agreed late last year to President George W. Bush's funding request for a major escalation of covert operations against Iran aimed at destabilizing its leadership, according to a report in The New Yorker magazine published online on Sunday.
The article by reporter Seymour Hersh, from the magazine's July 7 and 14 issue, centers around a highly classified Presidential Finding signed by Bush which by U.S. law must be made known to Democratic and Republican House and Senate leaders and ranking members of the intelligence committees.

#1 The name of Seymour Hersh.
#2 The name of Reuters.
That’s enough to make me just move on down the line.

These have included seizing members of Al Quds, the commando arm of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, and taking them to Iraq for interrogation, and the pursuit of "high-value targets" in Bush's war on terrorism, who may be captured or killed, according to the article.

Nothing makes me more angry to have careless or purposeful talk about the covert activites to cause the deaths of our people.
There are so many examples of such past blabbermouths that have blood on their hands. I still remember all the CIA Station Chiefs being killed as a result of a Senator blowing off his mouth!
Firing squads for the lot of them!

This isn’t 2001 or 2003. This is 2008 for crissake. What flippin’ took him so long? Bush just thought he was going to waltz through Iraq and then proceed on to Iran like a modern day Alexander the Great? He’s only now thinking about regime change by means other than by the U.N. followed by the Air Force followed by the Marines followed by the Army...? Truly pathetic when you think about it. Aren’t we fighting a War On Terror or something?

My observations are the following. This is good news. It's news we should not hear or know. It's no surprise the Seymour would write it. He tries to reveal all of our secrets, which makes me suspicious. And finally, I recommend the book “Charlie Wilson's War” for anyone who hasn't yet read it. It describes the largest covert war the CIA ever ran.

Please note that all these posters warn against “careless talk”. I’m sure that anybody from that era would be incredulous if told that our Armed Forces, indeed, our very Country, were being put in harm’s way PURPOSEFULLY for the political gain of the democrat party.

The article by reporter Seymour Hersh, from the magazine's July 7 and 14 issue, centers around a highly classified Presidential Finding signed by Bush My Kingdom --Our (Conservatives) Kingdom for a President who had a "pair."
As in the past, we can expect same-same, no comment, much less condemnation from the Ovary Office.
How many leaks of highly sensitive policies, proposals, plans, operations, etc., must there be, before someone is held accountable--including the media which publishes it.
How about the DOJ appointing that bulldog Fitzgerald as a Special Prosecutor and turning him loose to find, prosecute, and JAIL whoever.
