Indeed he has.
Planned Parenthood says: THE WORST OF JOHN MCCAIN PLAYLIST
McCain has voted consistently against women's health, and he supports overturning the landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling, Roe v. Wade. These positions will make it difficult for him to win over moderate pro-choice voters in the general election.WRT Title X, Planned Parenthood says:
McCain opposed Title X, the nation's family planning program. In 1990, McCain voted NO on legislation to extend the Title X federal family planning program, which provides low-income and uninsured women and families with health care services ranging from breast and cervical cancer screening to birth control. So shall we believe the sour grapes of a follower of (well who was it the EV supporterd? Guiliani? Romney? Ru-Paul?) a failed candidate or the evil scum themselves?
“Gift shops make the centers more appealing to their young clientele.”
1. DEATH. The mother of all gifts.
2. The gift you give your selfish self.
3. Infanticide. When the reality of motherhood just won’t do.
4. Try our Gift Shop, when you need something for someone who has experienced everything—except waiting for a committed spouse.

I think he did vote for Title X in 2007.
“These positions will make it difficult for him to win over moderate pro-choice voters in the general election.”
Um, since when were there “moderate pro-choice voters”? Does that mean that you have to be actively homicidal to count as liberal?
Over 40 million babies, about 15 million of them black, have been killed since Roe v. Wade. Black people who support the Democrats also support its platform of black genocide. Wake up people!
Indeed. When it comes to infanticide, how can one be ‘moderate’?
Go read the bill yourself.
It gave almost three hundred million of the American taxpayer's dollars to the Planned Parenthood ghouls.
Senator John McCain voted "Aye."
I'll await your apology for unjustly calling me a liar. I'm sure that since you're a committed Christian one will be forthcoming.
(Sec. 507) Prohibits the expenditure of funds appropriated under this Act, or in any trust fund to which funds are appropriated under this Act, for abortions or for health benefits coverage that includes coverage of abortion, with exceptions specified in section 508 of this Act.
Telling a partial truth when the intent is to harm is the same as a lie. Senator McCain opposed Title X until it restrained abortion mills. Planned Parenthood hates John McCain for his pro-life work. Telling the ‘truth’ the way you did is simply calumny, worthy only of contempt.
You seem to be right, thanks for the clarification.
Defund this murderous organization NOW!!!!!
One of the reasons Senators so rarely get to the nominee status are games like this. The legislative process is complex and filled with compromises. Trust me, the left hates McCain. Badly. Their (un)Holy Grail is abortion and he threatens that via the SCOTUS. The fear him more than anyone else right now.
Senator John McCain voted in favor of Title X projects not even counseling women on abortion, as if the option didnt even exist anymore. If you are pregnant and go into Planned Parenthood, a reproductive health care facility located in a hospital, which make up six percent of Title X projects or health department, 57 percent, and are seeking information about your options as far as pregnancy or not going through with your pregnancy, John McCain voted to make Title X projects refuse to even bring up the option of abortion. In his eyes you have two choicesyou are either delivering and raising the child or delivering and giving the child up for adoption.Apologize at your leisure. If you can.
Your sources stink. How can you use them without hanging your head in shame?
When you give Planned Parenthood hundreds of millions of dollars to pay their staff, pay their mortgages, and keep the lights on, the claim that the money isn’t going to support abortions is a sorry figleaf of the worst sort.
I’m sorry to see you participating in the Big Lie.
Which pro-abort sources are you going to trot out to try and paper over McCain’s support for using the body parts of murdered babies for “scientific” experimentation and the snuffing out of the new lives of babies that are still at the embryonic stage of development?
I’ll watch for your contortions of the truth with interest.
