Except for vain and disgruntled former staff officers,leftists like Obama hate the military.
Which is odd because liberals want their beloved big government to BE like the military—at least the part where anyone failing to follow orders can be punished with imprisonment.

Interesting observation. Obama has long tried to insulate himself from any scrutiny and throws someone under the bus when some gets too close. Maybe it's not that the MSM doesn't want to report the real Obama, maybe they're too afraid to do so?

No. I rarely have time to listen to Rush. I attended a school board meeting with the same issue and I got so POed that I almost ended up in jail. They were prepared to allow a book on two penguin dads but at the time all I could think about was how they banned Mark Twain Books. Fortunately there was enough outrage that it never made its way in the school.

Clinton draft dodger=charismatic man who really feels the plight of average people.
Bush 41=true hero but he only served because he had to.
Clinton draft dodger=look what he has done for equality.
Dole=true hero but he only served because he had to.
Kerry=war hero.
Bush=joined National Guard but never really served.
Obama=change, hope.
McCain=true hero but he never really did anything but get caught and served his country as a POW for 5+years.
