A Pasadena homeowner who fatally shot two men suspected of burglarizing his neighbor's house is cleared by a Harris County grand jury, KPRC Local 2 reports.
Well isn’t that something...
A lesson to be learned by all, when you are talking to a dispatcher, it would be a good idea to be brief, accurate and not embellish too much on how you feel about something...
Like Joe Friday said...”Just the facts ma’am...”
I suspect Quannel the tenth will be out theere protesting and stirring up the crap by the end of the week all by himself, without much help from the media, except to give him a microphone...
That was a borderline shooting at best. I’m glad it worked out the way it did - the good guy goes free and two less misunderstood yutes on the loose victimizing people.
Don’t mess with Texas!
“Cleared of a crime?”
What friggin crime???
I was under the notion that he was only “asked” (invited) by the Grand Jury here in Harris County to give his side of the story just last week...
Thanks Channel 2, you guys are full of crap!!!
BTTT
Is this the guy who shot the two II’s who were burglarizing his neighbor?
That would be him.
You KNOW the MSM will lie and spin. That is expected of traitors. Expect to hear “This is the 3000th killing since the US Supreme Court overturned decades of reasonable gun control.” It’s coming, and the damn chiefs of police (paid politicians) will be standing there whining and crying next to their big city bosses. Expect it people and keep pushing for our freedom, because there is a large sector of humanity that wants to be either slave masters or overseers.
Castle Doctrine works ...........:o)
ping.
Even your neighbor’s castle. Don’t be a robber in TX!
That's two fewer illegal alien yutes on the loose!
Shotgunning people in the back. That’s a real fine man, there.
“Shotgunning people in the back. Thats a real fine man, there”
Well, their back was to him. Good shooting Joe Horn. Their backs and fronts too would have been safe and sound had they not decided to illegally come to America to be thieves
Don’t charge someone with a gun, esp on their own property.
“People?” Don’t want to characterize anyone, I guess.
They are also running a poll. I just voted and its 82% not guilty.
The jury found him not guilty. You may not have all the facts.
If there’s a possibility that the bad guys running away are members of a gang who will return with worse than burglary on their mind, shooting them in the back isn’t a bad idea.
" I had no choice. They came in the front yard with me, man. I had no choice..."
"They come right in my yard. I didn't know what the ship they was going to do. I shot 'em."
Good! The houston DA was being an ass
Aparently with the evidence and testimony presented to the Grand Jury, they did not see it that way...
Remember news is news, and they are the ones who are presenting the whole “shot in the back” issue...
And “news” is not evidence in a court of law...
You sound like someone who can help get the word out to the would-be intruders............
If they choose my house, they're going to be shot, front, side , BACK, head, chest, limbs, I'm going to get the bastards.
With any luck I'll kill them, just like this guy did, and I won't care which side of their sorry asses it takes.
Go tell them to chose a different house if they want to be shot from the front, 'cuz I don't give a damn.
I guess KPRC didn’t like the results of their poll.
They have disabled it — so that it won’t accept anymore votes.
Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I read about somebody getting busted for gas smuggling. No kidding. The extra tank did him in, legally, for some rationale.
I think the rule on what constitutes “smuggling” is that if the aux tank is plumbed into the vehicle fuel system, it’s just an aux tank and bringing back more fuel than you left with is not smuggling.
If the aux tank is not plumbed into the vehicle fuel system, it is smuggling.
Errrr ... “If the aux tank is not plumbed into the vehicle fuel system, it is smuggling if you don’t declare it and pay the duty.”
