He can state unequivacally that he supports the President and the war in Iraq. Until he does so he is not a patriot.

When you establish and nurture relationships with people like Bill Ayers, a domestic terrorist, who is on recored as saying “Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon”, I QUESTION YOUR PATRIOTISM.
When you stand with politicians and prevent this nation from securing its own sources of energy, and thus become energy-independent, I QUESTION YOUR PATRIOTISM.
When you publicly declare “I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction” and say nothing about standing with our armed forces who are sacrificing themselves to defend our way of life, I DEFINITELY QUESTION YOUR PATRIOTISM.
Go ahead...Senator, or anyone else on this planet...refute this if you can:

It seems that Barack Obama is not qualified to bepresident after all for the following reason:Barack Obama is not legally a U.S. natural-borncitizen according to the law on the books at the timeof his birth, which falls between “December 24, 1952to November 13, 1986”. Presidential office requires a natural-born citizen ifthe child was
not born to two U.S. citizen parents,which of course is what exempts John McCain though hewas born in the Panama Canal. U.S. Law very clearly stipulates:”If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time ofyour birth, that parent must have resided in theUnited States for at least ten years, at least five ofwhich had to be after the age of 16.” Barack Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen andObama’s mother was only 18 when Obama was born, whichmeans though she had been a U.S. citizen for 10 years(or citizen perhaps because of Hawaii being aterritory), the mother fails the test for being so forat least 5 years **prior to** Barack Obama’s birth,but *after* age 16. It doesn’t matter *after*. In essence, she was not oldenough to qualify her
son for automatic U.S.citizenship. At most, there were only 2 years elapsedsince his mother turned 16 at the time of BarackObama’s birth when she was 18 in Hawaii.His mother would have needed to have been 16+5= 21years old, at the time of Barack Obama’s birth for himto have been a natural-born citizen. Nowyou can see why Obama’s aides stopped his speech abouthow we technically have more than 50 states, becauseit would have led to this discovery. This is very clear cut and a blaring violation of U.S.election law. I think Congress would be veryinterested in knowing this if Obama were electedPresident without being a natural-born U.S. citizen,and it would set precedence. While agree with your questioning Obama's judgement, every area you list impinges on Patriotism:
The War: his call for withdrawal regardless of the consequences will result in an effective defeat for the U.S. in a war we are now winning. That's not Patriotic!
Terrorism: His call for a 48 hour notification to potential terrorists that they are under investigation is close to suicidal...as is shutting down Gitmo and letting the combatants go to fight again or create havoc in our courtrooms and jails - all US civil rights they have no right to have. No Patriotism here!!
The Economy:In direct contravention of the capitalist system that got us the higest standard of living on earth, Obama calls for Socialist solutions to Healthcare, Expanded National Service (Americorps/PeaceCorps), Taxation and Redistribution of Wealth of both Individuals and Corporations....all Marxist style solutions! No Patriotism Here.
