I can’t imagine real Muslims doing something like this. They know that people who get a Koran unsolicited may desecrate it.
It’s CAIR. They probably did it KNOWING that some would desecrate it. That way, they have a reason to be offended and outraged in the future.

That suprises me too. The Koran is much, much holier than the bible (sarcasm, notice that I didn’t capitalize the ‘b’).
I can only imagine the unmentionable desecrations that took place wehen Joe Sixpack picked it up off his doorstep, and thought about his nephew, Kenny, who was blowed up in Iraq.
Most will get thrown away or stashed somewhere and forgotten about.
Also, it kind of makes me proud of this country when anyone can do this and not get decapitated. I’ll think we are really geting somewhere when there is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Ridyah (-5 sp)
I was thinking the same thing. Just leaving them on doorsteps is disrespectful. I have a hard time believeing that muslim did that.
This is why it makes people nervos, Islamists believe that the book actually becomes allah...it has a dual identity. So, when it is desecrated, they have the right to kill the desecrator...actually, the duty to do so.
When people throw them away, will this be used as an excuse for violence? They killed people over a cartoon, what about a koran dumped in the trash can?
Not only that, but to read the Koran is dangerous to Muslims if not under strict interpretation guidelines of a Mullah. For generations Muslims have tried to keep the Koran only in Arabic to protect Islam.
Just to read the following part of the "holy Koran" is to know your enemy for who he really is:

Islam is a death cult, and has declared War on the United States. We need to win this war till there is not ONE Islamic enemy left on the face of the earth. Some enemy's are truly EVIL...
