If we could 'trade' the 'Rats and RINOs in Congress for the same number of prisoners we might actually see an improvement in governance -- they'd probably at least grasp the need to destroy our enemies -- and at least we wouldn't have to see Harry "The Undertaker" Reid's ugly mug around any more!!
