Is cosying up to Muslim extremists the best way to defeat terrorism?
UK Telegraph ^ | July 05 2008 | Charles Moore

...

Lord Phillips was speaking at the London Muslim Centre, which is part of the East London Mosque. Dr Mohammed Abdul Bari, the head of the Muslim Council of Britain, introduced him. Dr Bari said that British judges must be "sensitive to our divine laws on personal relationships and family matters". How sensitive? Up to four wives at once allowed?

He also quoted from the Koran to show the importance of justice in Islam. I looked up the two quotations. The first appears in a chapter called "Women", which says things like: "The male shall inherit twice as much as a female". The bit about judging with fairness appears just after the following: "Those that deny Our revelations will burn with fire." The second quotation, also about judging with fairness, comes in a passage about how Jews who believe the wrong things must be punished.

Of course, you could find some blood-curdling things in Jewish and Christian scriptures, but the difference for our society today is that neither Jews nor Christians are trying to establish a state based on the political implementation of their religion. Islamists are.

So the solution to extremism is that extremists become the official representatives of Islam in this country. Islamist mosques, organisations and spokesmen will be treated as the true voice of Muslims (and woe betide those Muslims who disagree). Then we shall get a lot more sharia than Lord Phillips has bargained for

Islam-list

If people want on or off this list, please let me know.

Amazon Book Review:
"Vastly Illuminating!" September 25, 2004
By Kat Bakhu

"I had long wondered why people on the Left had the propensity to speak more positively about people who would slit their throats than they do about their own country, which affords them more freedom and opportunity than anywhere else. David Horowitz has answered that question thoroughly and convincingly in his Unholy Alliance. Where I felt bewildered and confused, I now feel crystal clear. Unholy Alliance is such a great book.

It begins with the leftist movements at the beginning of the 20th Century, and works its way up to the present day, exploring the anti-American attitude of these movements in detail. Horowitz shows that the enemies of the US back then are largely the same group today, operating under the same misperceptions, making the same mistakes, and pursuing the same impossible utopia.

Individual chapters are included on the Patriot Act (I was persuaded that it is a GOOD thing); the democratic flip-flop on Iraq once G.W. Bush implemented what they agreed with Clinton needed to be done; the driving components of the current anti-war movement; as well as chapters on individual personalities who are major spokespeople of the Left. Horowitz covers a lot of ground, and he covers it concisely and clearly. Unholy Alliance is richly informative without ever being boring or plodding.

This book is so illuminating that I simply cannot do justice to it here. I love people who reason so clearly that they help me get my own reasoning clear. Horowitz is just that type of person! In the terrain of mindless clichés (no-blood-for-oil, etc.), he is a breath of real fresh air."

Unholy Alliance: Radical Islam and the American Left -by David Horowitz
Not all dissent is equal, and Americans whose actions are calculated to give aide and comfort to the butchers who murdered 3,000 innocent people on September 11, 2001 are not patriotic at all... they are, in fact, quite the opposite.

Regarding the 911 attacks..."Why did it take a bunch of Arabs to do what you all should have done a long time ago?"

August, 2003: Ward Churchill Caught On Tape Advocating Terrorism vs Fellow Americans!

Audio link at Michell Malkin's website (included below)

Question from audience:
You mentioned a little bit ago, "Why did it take a bunch of Arabs to do what you all should have done a long time ago," that's my question.

Churchill: I'm gonna repeat that, tell me if I got that right: Why shouldn't we do something and how do you you move so they don't see you coming.

As to the first part, not a reason in the world that I could see. I can't find a single reason that you shouldn't in a principled way —there may be some practical considerations, such as do you know how (laughter from audience)

—you know, often these things are processes. It's not just an impulse. And certainly it's not just an event.

And the simple answer, although it probably should be more complicated, but I'm not being flip and giving the simple answer, is:
You carry the weapon. That's how they don't see it coming. You're the one...

They talk about "color blind or blind to your color." You said it yourself.

You don't send the Black Liberation Army into Wall Street to conduct an action.

You don't send the American Indian Movement into downtown Seattle to conduct an action.

Who do you send? You. Your beard shaved, your hair cut close, and wearing a banker's suit.

There's probably a whole lot more to it, you know that. But there's where you start. .."

The best way is that Ann Coulter descibed in her opening salvo against extremist Islam...bomb them back to the stone age and a host of other uttery un-PC actions, all which would accomplish the job. They cannot be reasoned with, they cannot be negotiated with, they cannot be appeased - they can only be killed.

I have the feeling that President “Barry” Hussein Mohammed Obama will more than “cozy up” to muslim extremists. Unfortunately, many more Americans will end up dead.

Thank you, Charles Moore, for exposing the truly ominous aspects of Chief Justice Phillips’ and Archbishop Williams’ proposal: that different religious congregations, different neighborhoods, or different tribes and families within a commonwealth could be governed by different laws.

What would be voluntary about Shari’a for minors in Muslim families, both girls and boys? For grown women who were raised under Shari’a since childhood and subsquently isolated from society after an arranged marriage? For any persons living in a no-go neighborhood where the local mullah or imam and his enforcers take a notion against your tavern or your barbershop or the pork chops on your restaurant menu?

Let nobody posit that Shari’a would operate on a basis of voluntary personal option, without coercion. Any jurist or lawmaker who supposes that should be sacked for mental incapacity.

Yes.

Get to know them. "Help" them. Make sure you meet all their friends. Help them raise money and get lists of donors and friendly banks that can push money through.

Help them get weapons and find all the people that want to sell them weapons.

Get as many volunteers to train as possible.....

After you've done that, kill all of them....... and start again.
