Sure. If we all go back to the 4th century. And what exactly is "the Islamic world"? I hope it's not the one I'm living in.

Mahmoud Ahmedinejad should run for President here. It would bring our home grown Hate America crowd out of their seats, cheering at the top of their lungs! Ugh.

Guess he’s counting on an Obama victory too?

Heck, he’s probably voting for him.

He’s such a little weasel. He’s like the little wise-guy kid at school who will say anything to anybody and not afraid to get punched out because he’s so tiny.

"They also expressed hope that the Islamic world can play a more active role in producing science in the world."

LOL. Now that is simply psychotic! Islam is an enemy of science. To the extent that any individual Muslims may learn to think and work scientifically they are no longer thinking as Muslims. Who can think of any "Muslim scientific achievements" of the past 100 years or even the past 1400 years? Crickets, crickets........

The relatively tiny number of Jews in the world produce so many more and far far more significant scientists than the 1.2 billion Muslims. There are reasons for that......

Lots of tyrants, big and small, have predicted the end of
“American hegemony.” Now they’re deader than dogshirt along with their precious theories. We’re still here.

He’s banking on an Obama win, in which case he is absolutely right.

“Nowadays, all people hate the US, so its dominance is coming to a dead end.”

Not strictly true, but true of enough people in America to make it functionally true. This election is the tipping point, and we, as a people, will have to decide if we have the fortitude to stand up to a more and more oppressive and dictatorial world, or if we will meekly submit, through institutional denial, to those who who value our defeat above their own lives.

Unfortunately for them, alchemy is as dead as pig latin. Plus they would have to admit that the Quran is wrong about the world being flat, along with several other scientific falsehoods that it asserts.

American ‘hegemony’ will be intact long after Presidunce Ahmanutcase is history. Maybe an Israeli bomb will blow him into dust and fulfill the world’s wishes.

"Nowadays, all people hate the US..." Nowadays? Did I miss the period of our universal popularity? Believe me if U.S. power depended on international popularity, we would have never become the foremost power in the world. Our power is self-derived, as is our future. Our "hegemony" will end we no longer have the desire or will to exercise it.
