twincitiescarry.com is holding a potluck picnic and 2A Day celebration “Minnesota Gun Rights Gathering”, or GRG for short
11am, Sunday, July 13, Lake Harriet Bandshell picnic area, next to the Refectory. We will start setting up around 9 am. GPS address will be 4135 W Lake Harriet Parkway, Minneapolis 55410
42nd and W. Lake Harriet Parkway. Pay parking near, street parking a short walk away.
Potluck theme, bring enough for yourself, and enough to share as well.
Carry is optional.
Please let us know if you plan to attend...we’d like to have an idea of how many will attend for the purpose of knowing how much briquets/plates/paper towels etc...will be needed.

It depends on if anyone is stupid enough to try to attack any of the attendees exercising their right to carry (band-aids "pasties", provided courtesy of responding medical personnel!) ;~)
The unionized zombies are truly amazing.
I remember running into a regular working class guy selling a piece of property I was interested in back in the mid-90’s who went on and on about his gun rights and the precious 2A and his membership in the NRA and the GOA, etc., etc., etc. After walking the acreage, we go into his house and one wall was covered with citations and letters of thanks and all kinds of kudos from the DFL/MN, DNC and - get this - a signed letter from X42 thanking him for his . . . whatever.
When I revived after the shock, this guy got ultra-pissy and defensive about the outrageous contradiction of his life and his support for gun-grabbing Marxist trash. He says: “That’s just a pack of lies the NRA tells people to get more money!”
I should’a taken that moron’s picture for the Ripley’s ‘Believe It Or Not’ museum. Another ugly victim of the union newsletters.
Do you mean “pasties” as in the justly famous and eminently delicious UP pastry filled with ground pork and rutabegas? Or do you mean the silver dollar sized covering for . . . well, you know. If the latter, you ought to be able to see enough of them on the beach.
I was referring to the white and black squares with sticky stuff on one side used to cover holes in targets after firing on them. But I’ll try that pastry your talking about with ground pork and rutabegas. Sounds tasty!
