I agree. My first thought after reading this article was, what am I missing? Since when does the presence of DNA in three places suddenly translate to proof of a lone perp?

Since you have a D.A.'s office that was at war with the police department, a police chief who cared more about community outreach than stopping crime, and a D.A. who figured this was an opportunity to whisk everything under the rug. (Note, the preceding is opinion based on media reports.)

Your experts are not the only ones.

They are the only ones in your mind however. Regardless, I’l stick with the education and expertise.

Go on, cry!

If they ever find the killer, then I will owe Burke Ramsey an apology.

I have always thought that her brother killed her accidentally, and the parents covered it up to protect him.

Apparently, the DNA says otherwise.

Little Bunny...most mature people know that a large number of paid professionals on TV are full of it.

You may want to include learning about TV-world in your curriculum as you pursue a much-needed education.

I dont know nothing but I have spent time in Boulder and in a park close to the Ramsey house there is a child’s play house, there is also a marker on the play house dedicating it to Jon Benet...very sad.

This is a transcript from an interview of Dr. Beuf by Diane Sawyer in 1997, where he goes over his charts of the visits with Jonbenet. Not one visit was related to a UTI.

SHOW: ABC PRIMETIME LIVE (10:00 pm ET)
SEPTEMBER 10, 1997
Transcript # 97091003-j08 T
ABC PRIMETIME LIVE, SEPTEMBER 10, 1997
HEADLINE: THE MYSTERY OF JONBENET RAMSEY

DIANE SAWYER: (voice-over) But what about those reports that JonBenet’s pediatrician, Dr. Beuf, saw JonBenet 30 times in three years?

(From taped telephone conversation)

Dr. FRANCESCO BEUF: Before your call, I sat down with her chart and counted. It was 27 times.

DIANE SAWYER: (voice-over) This is the first time Dr. Beuf has gone over his records publicly.

(From taped telephone conversation) And is that unusual to see a child that many times?

Dr. FRANCESCO BEUF: Not with the kinds of problems which this child had. The majority of them were for sinus infections and for colds.

DIANE SAWYER: And by majority you mean?

Dr. FRANCESCO BEUF: Probably 20 of the lot. I counted three in which she’d complained of some pain in urination. And the rest of them were cold, strep throats, sinus infections.

DIANE SAWYER: (voice-over) So many he said, there was some concern about asthma.

(From taped telephone conversation) How many times did you give her a vaginal examination?

Dr. FRANCESCO BEUF: Well, it was five or six times in that three-year period.

DIANE SAWYER: (voice-over) We asked him to specifically review all notes that might pertain. He agreed, citing the frenzy of uninformed speculation. Be warned, these are a doctor’s clinical notes about a young patient.

September 1993 — a call about vaginal redness, possibly associated with recent diarrhea. April 1994 — a visit about a problem perhaps related to the use of bubble bath, which can be an irritant.

October 1994 — a routine physical. No problems noted, though some indication of occasional bedwetting. Dr. Beuf says 20 percent to 25 percent of children that age wet the bed.

March 1995 — abdominal pain and fever. Tests and exam showed no problem.

August 1996 — another routine physical with a vaginal exam. The doctor said everything checked out as normal. We asked what he made of this number of complaints?

(From taped telephone conversation) Would that be unusual?

Dr. FRANCESCO BEUF: For a child that age, certainly not. They don’t wipe themselves very well after they urinate. And it’s something which usually is curable by having them take plain water baths or learning to wipe better. But if you have four-year-old kids, you know how hard that is. The amount of vaginitis which I saw on the child was totally consistent with little girls her age.

DIANE SAWYER: If there had been an abrasion involving the hymen, you would have seen it?

Dr. FRANCESCO BEUF: Probably. I can’t say absolutely for sure because you don’t do a speculum exam on a child that young at least unless it’s under anesthesia.

DIANE SAWYER: Did you see in any of these examinations any sign of possible sexual abuse?

Dr. FRANCESCO BEUF: No, and I certainly would have reported it to the social service people if I had. That’s something that all of us in pediatrics are very acutely aware of.

Where do you get your information about chronic UTIs?

Good try but silly and stupid.

The experts I’m naming are world class and pretty much blow you out of the water.

Mpre than one opinion exists here. You just need to be adult enough to realize that. You are welcome to your opinion, your experts are welcome to their opinions. But there are other experts, just as experienced, that disagree.

Many things in life are like that. When you grow up, you’ll see taht is the case.

Now Bunny...you know it's not just my opinion I'm stating.

I have said many times now I'm citing professional information stated by the detective who worked the investigation and who came up with solid evidence which was solid enough to keep the Ramsays from indictment. But you choose to go with the paid "world-class" TV types who didn't work the case and who help get ratings for Greta.

What a silly little person you are...loving the Greta show and always twisting the facts.

Yes, in fact, I do.

You have still not answered where is the proof that Jonbenet had chronic UTIs.

Hey, aren't you the one who said continued sexual abuse had been corroborated by JonBenet's pediatrician?

Your comment was proven to be a falsehood in post #106.

The district attorney made that announcement in a letter, dated July 9, to John Ramsey. (Read Letter From DA To John Ramsey.)

"Given the history of the publicity surrounding this case, I believe it is important and appropriate to provide you with our opinion that your family was not responsible for this crime," the district attorney wrote.

----------------------

Look at that! The DA says it is her OPINION ... not a FACT.

She'll be out of office and the next DA can re-open the case. Funny that! The Boulder PD and DA have bungled this case so terribly, no one will ever know what happened.

And certainly not you!

Many young girls complain of the same irritation that Jonbenet complained of. Here is an article which outlines those complaints and their most likely causes, which are bubble baths, soaps, shampoos and improper toilet hygiene.

The DA says it is her OPINION

Actually, she said "our" opinion. And her group won't have used any facts at all in your judgment, huh?

No, better to listen to only Michael Baden. He knows it all, doesn't he?

No, I’m saying there are other valid opinions. Your mind is shut ... there are no valid opinions but those people you want to believe. Everyone else’s opinion, no matter how informed it is, is bunk.

You are stuck. Unable to see the picture is much larger than you think. Small mind, small picture.

You are welcome to not only your opinions, but your one track mind.

No, I’m saying there are other valid opinions.

But, Bunny, valid opinions are considered valid because they are backed by facts. And you and your ilk don't come up with many facts.

To say the DNA might have been compromised still does not lead one to think the Ramsays might have done it.

The majority of the facts lead elsewhere. Couldn't this be why the DA has cleared the Ramsays? Yet all you harp about is the possibility of corrupted DNA. The various evidence DOES strongly lead to an intruder, evidence gathered AT the scene, gathered by a PROFESSIONAL (which you claim to value) with integrity and a great track record. To denigrate him by saying that he was in the minority doesn't give you credibility if you are really interested in FACTS, professionalism, and not just popularity.

I'm afraid you are the one with the narrow, small mind.

The case can be re-opened.

Others opinions are backed by facts also. You just can insist on denigrating others opinions when they don’t agree with you and yours. It is your contention that the opinions you see are based on facts but eveyone else is too stupid to use facts upon which to base their opinion. This is why you are rigid and closed minded.

The DA said that it was their “opinion” ... not a fact in and of itself. Opinions based on facts are not exclusive to you r little band of exonerators.

That is the mark of a small mind. Enjoy it ... it is truly all you’re going to have.

LOL. I guess it's more than just a "little band" since the case has now been closed.

Oh, well I know you'll be biting your nails till they open it again but you'll find beating a dead horse a tiresome activity.

Oh, well Bunny. You are getting boring and not saying anything new. I'm sorry you lost your case but maybe Michael Baden will be on Greta again soon when there's another big murder. Then her ratings can go up, he can get big money, and you can be entertained.

The handwriting analysis was unable to exclude Patsy Ramsey, but it did exclude John Ramsey.

So sad. This family was apparently repeatedly victimized beyond the violent crime. What has it been, 10 years of suspicion, and they basically get a 20 second correction on one nightly news cast.
