It's not economical to process unless oil is over $40.00 a barrel. Not true. It has been done in other part of the world for decades. Look to Brazil and Estonia for long term projects.
Ah-hah! Guess I had found a bit of misinformation from the anti-oil crowd. Thank you for setting me straight.
