I think Dumbrique should be committed by the Department of Mental Health.

The California Department of Consumer Affairs numbers more than 5,000 people? Good grief.
And what important work do these people do?
I hate to think how many people work for the Department of Mental Health. Or how many other Departments there are in the Great State of California.

And don’t forget the additional access of medical records the Dept. of Mental Health lends! Probably insurance info too.

She could have used a jump drive she could have bought at Target for $5.99. Not that the cops wouldn’t figure it out eventually, but emails convict without a doubt. A jump drive can belong to anybody. It’s not required to be registered.

I’m familiar with removable drives. I didn’t understand what pray4liberty meant.

My recollection is that in the last 20 years they had an employee in DMV providing them the addresses of cops and an attorney in the AGs office in Sacramento.

Why does the State of California have the spouse of a member of the Mexican Mafia working for it anyhow?

The Department of Consumer Affairs is the primary professional licensing agency for the State of California. I find it very amusing that the folks that are so cavalier with personal information about license holders is upset when personal information about themselves is possibly loose. I guess that what is good for the goose isn't good for the gander.

Illegal gang members need drivers licenses, social security cards, passports, and a library card.
Remember, they are coming here to work.
I’ll leave the rest to your imagination.

Thanks. I’m a Star Trek fan. This is what happens when the wires get crossed in the instrument panel in my Geek brain.
