Sometime in June/July there were threads that alluded to a poll that said that 48% of Americans believed that the Republicans were in control of Congress. I need a link to this poll. I've been searching FR and the WWW for over an hour without luck. I've come up with referrences to it, but no link to the poll itself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Congress can’t explain why in 3 days “fammie mae/freddie mac/indy” can be bailed out, yet it’s been 3 months since the Commander in Afghanistan has asked for support.

i read through the threads here announcing his passing - thousands of people posting

while i was reading them, i was thinking that years (or decades) from now his kids can look back at these posts and see what an extraordinary man their father was - and how he touched so many people

someone also posted a link to all his posts - you could tell that many were responses to posts directed to him (maybe ‘at him’ would be more accurate) - he always responded gracefully

i was a little disappointed by the few that tried to bring in a comparison to tim russert’s passing - i doubt tony would have a problem with those posts - not sure why i should

Cancer is an insidious enemy. A good friend of mine from church is dying of lung cancer. Our very small church lost another long-time member last year to a rare form of cancer, and we lost our church secretary the year before (at age 45) to lung cancer.

don’t you think that some anger and unresolved stuff can cause disease? I think cancer is demon driven, like a leach that a person has unwittingly allowed to suck their life force from them. I could never see Jesus or the apostles dieing of any disease. I think the church has fallen down from it’s place of teaching people the true be still part of the bible and is alot of talking and entertainment. The fhu.com has the holy grail of silent prayer which empowers the holy spirit.
