Usually it’s a teenage girl. Frankly, if you’re under 18 you shouldn’t be allowed to have a cell phone ON while you’re driving.California, not the brightest state, adopted exactly that as of July 1. A ray of light in an otherwise dismal state.

You’re right, and so I was only suggested extreme punishment if they kill someone. Otherwise, tho, I think that instead of trolling for speeders, perhaps cops should be driving the roads and pulling over people who are doing anything stupid behind the wheel that is causing issues. I see people doing these things every day and yet know not a soul who has been pulled over and given so much as a warning!
