Bonusgate tied to campaign against Nader

HARRISBURG - The tentacles of the Bonusgate scandal have spread to past presidential politics.

Buried deep in the grand jury report, released last week, that led to the indictment of 12 people are details of what is described as a "massive" effort by House Democrats to oust the independent presidential candidate Ralph Nader from the ballot in 2004.

* * *

In light of the grand jury revelations of political work conducted with taxpayers' money, the candidates and reform advocates want a federal investigation into the ballot challenges, which they now think were the result of the criminal conspiracy that has come to be known as Bonusgate.

The grand jury report, released by Attorney General Tom Corbett last week, alleges that former House Minority Whip Michael Veon of Beaver County ran a statewide political operation out of his Capitol and district offices involving hundreds of legislative workers on the House Democrats' payroll.

One of the House Democrats' most visible targets was Nader, who in 2004 was seeking to challenge Democrat John Kerry as well as President Bush. As many as 50 Pennsylvania House staff members worked on a challenge to Nader's ballot petition, and more than half received state-funded bonuses, in part for their "Nader efforts," according to the report.

More evidence that the Democrat Party is an organized criminal enterprise. There is a building site in New Jersey that’s waiting for those who are uncovering this inconvenient information.

Replying to myself:

Actually Mike Veon is too stupid to think this up, and pull it off himself. If this is true I wonder how much higher up the Democratic ladder this thing goes? Was the national DNC involved, and was PA just one of a number of states where they did this?

True, my FRiend.

However, there is little that the Democrats hate more than a fair election.

And, gaming elections is where they are at their Stalinist best.

(Please recall that Stalin said..."It's not the people who vote that count. It's the people who count the votes.")

Maybe this is why the Democrats selected Obama, he has lots of experience in Chicago knocking opponents off the ballot. In fact I think that was the key to every one of his political victories except the Presidential primary.

Gee, I wonder, what are the odds that former national DNC chair “Fast Eddie” Rendell had no knowledge of such a vast conspiracy of Demagogues in his own state to exclude Nader from the ballot? If Fast Eddie didn’t come up with the scheme himself I damned sure don’t believe he had nothing at all to do with it! Sure, he may have found a way to maintain deniability, but I will bet good money that he had his greasy fingers in this somewhere......

YUP, Obambi won both his state senate and US Senate seats by having his minions knock his opponents off the ballot and/or out of the race long before any votes were ever cast. He’s never faced a real democratic electoral race before on anything remotely resembling a fair playing field..... not that any Republican could get a “fair playing field” in the national MSM against the Boy Wonder.
