Does anyone know if Joe’s parents and sibling were brought up on immigration charges?
I know they testified at the trials.

Don't know what status of Jose's parents are. Medellin's younger brother, 14 at the time of the rape/murder was sentenced to 40 years and was held in TYC until he reached 18. At that time he had a hearing which could have released him, held him until he was 21 by the TYC or sent him to prison in the general population. TYC recommended retaining him to age 21 but he judge blew that off and sent him to prison to serve his remaining time.
Derrick O'Brien was executed in July 2006 and the other two Villareal and Perez got life after the SCOTUS 2005 ruling that you couldn't execute anyone who was under 18 at the time of the crime which both of these guys were 17.
The following are the two girls raped and murdered by this bunch.
Jennifer Ertman, 14
Elizabeth Pena, 16

We need a photograph of an international food court in some mall which happens to be called “World Court”.
