Father-of-three branded a 'pervert' - for photographing his own children in public park By David Wilkes Last updated at 1:46 AM on 16th July 2008 When Gary Crutchley started taking pictures of his children playing on an inflatable slide he thought they would be happy reminders of a family day out. But the innocent snaps of seven-year-old Cory, and Miles, five, led to him being called a pervert.

Yes, this is in Britain, but I guarantee it has happened here as well.
Western society circles the drain as we and our children are no longer allowed to live as families in public view.

We know because the feminists tell us so.

A father takes pictues of his children playing and is labeled a “pervert”? Why? Were the children wearing “provacative” clothing? Were they playing naked? The idiots who complained about a father taking pictures of his own children should mind their own business.

Photographing kids being kids (mud puddles, bath tubs, lost diaper, etc.), was once considered innocent and cute. People are getting too weird for description...too weird.
To: buccaneer81
This parental paranoia is getting completely out of hand. I was so shocked. One of the police officers told me that it was just the way society is these days. He agreed with me that it was madness. Thankfully the cops were sane. The accusers, otoh, are probably obsessed with perversions 24/7.

Part of my business takes me to parks, I have to go and walk around and tell each parent in a play area that I am there on Park Business, and then have to avoid taking any kids pictures while I photograph a potential work aea or project. Its a real pain in the huzatas.

This happened in MA years ago when a Granddad was fotographing his granddaughter, barely 4, maybe 2 years old who was froliking nekkid in an inflatable pool in the backyard.

you know, instead of spinning off into a trauma drama about
suspicions about this fathers intent, people could have
been happy to see a man truly enjoying spending time with
his wife and kids at a park. sadly, there really isn't as
much of that these days.

This is insane! I don't know, if I was at the park and someone was taking pictures of MY children (with kids playing, how would anyone know he is taking pictures of only his kids, or if they are his kids) - I would not be too happy about it and probably would question the guy.

My wife and I were in Washungton, D.C at a CVS near the Old Execitive Office Building and a group of kids came by strung together on a “leash”. They were , guessing, 3 or four years old. I thought they were so cute and I started to snap there picture. There was some kind of daycare in this government type building. One of the teachers walking the kids told me to not take their picture, it wasn’t allowed. I questioned it. Then some metrosexual loser dad of one of them told me I couldn’t take their picture. I asked him who he was. He said he was one of the kid’s father. I explained that I was from Indiana and just visiting, the kids made a cute picture and I didn’t care about his kid. He said I might be some kind of a pervert, don’t take the picture. I wish I would have slugged dad.

So the good little socialist running around England are watchful for perverts to the degree that they accuse a father of tkeing puictures of his own children but they have no problems with the muslim terrorists that are daily infiltrating their society.

The Coppertone ad campaign was based on drawings created by Cheri’s mother, Joyce Ballantyne Brand, a commercial artist (who also drew the Pampers baby in 1977). She was paid $ 2,500 for the artwork based on her little girl. Cheri Brand once said “Everybody has their baby pictures in their family album with their diapers falling off, I just happened to have mine on a billboard” (and a few million bottles of suntan lotion).
The dog depicted in the ad pulling down the pants of the little girl to reveal her derriere’s tan-line was based on a neighbor’s cocker spaniel. As of 1993, Cheri Brand, then 37, worked as a health club manager in Ocala, Fla. (People Weekly 8/23/93).
A popular belief that Jodie Foster was the original Coppertone girl is misleading. Foster did, however, get her start in showbiz for a Coppertone suntan-lotion ad in 1965. She was three years old at the time and appeared in the ad as a toddler on a boat accompanied by her family.
