And where else could that have happened except in this country?!!!

I would like to know why she thinks she should be treated any more special than anyone else. Just because her mother couldn't vote many, many years ago doesn't mean that is the way things are today.

I don't know any other group of people that gets so much handed to them while we are trying to level the playing field unless you include ILLEGALS.

It's never the majority who can accurately assess the state of relations with a minority group (the bulk of whom are invisible to society at large).. It is always the minority groups opinion (right or wrong) which determines that state...

Very likely could be. Blacks historically vote about 90% Democrat. This go round, it appears they will probably vote on the high side of 96% for the Democrat ticket. In fact, I am seeing some articles that suggest some prominent black Republicans are going to vote for Obama because of the “historic significance” of his candidacy. Sooo, should this be considered racism - blacks voting for a black regardless of the issues?

The greatest impediment to black assimilation today is the intrinsic separatism of the black obsession with historic victimization.
