So now black women are known as angry and American hating. Not much has changed then. Their are options out there for people who hate their country.

Article states Michelle is not the typical angry black woman with a big booty...then goes on to quote people saying she is really black, African American features, and people quoted are proud Obama did not marry a fair skinned woman.

Should read "blamed for" instead of "credited with." Now everyone thinks of black women as skinny, overpaid (because their husbands can steer loot the company's way), grumpy, grumbling, sour, fingerpointing whiners.

Just like Hillary,,she is a female lawyer who got her big “rain maker” job after her husband made it in politics.
That is a real good role model for young women.
It teaches them self reliance. Now we will see if she also is rewarded by being humiliated by her husband..if so..she is a shoe in to run for President.

... the very fact that Barack Obama married a clearly African-American woman sends a message that you can marry a black woman and still be successful Uhm, okay...what’s that say about Michelle’s taste, however? She prefer high yellow near white? This kind of ill-logic is self defeating and pointless. This whole color as character reference is nuts. Think not? Then explain to me the “MetroMix” headliner photos almost daily that 50%+ of the time show black males with white females and almost never show black females with white males.

You have got to read the entire article- it is absolutely wacky. They actually laud Michelle for not having a big butt.
And Whoopie Goldberg thanks her for being dark skinned. Obama was supposed to transcend race and bring us all together, but all I hear about is how he and Michelle sat in Uncle Jeremiah’s church for 20 years and didn’t say a word about his hate mongering- and how that’s my fault because I don’t understand black churches. Or how there’s special rules for using the “n” word, and I will never know them because I’m white. Or how you can’t satirize Obama and Michelle because, well, because it’s racist. I think race relations have actually gotten worse because of Obama.

I'm trying to make sense of a CBS Radio News top of the hour bit that I just heard at 11:00AM PDT. Maybe I missed the beginning of the story, but they ended with a clip of the Beatles singing "Michelle." The announcer comes on and says, "Paul McCartney shows off his limited French, but he sure can turn a phrase."
What was that in response to? Was that supposed to be a subtle, subliminal bump for Michelle Obama, or was there another story that it was related to?

"She normalizes black women," says Alyson Jones, an elementary teacher at Nataki Talibah Schoolhouse, a charter school in Detroit.
In other words, she makes it "okay" for a black woman to dress and look like (human/white) women, without using the term (white).
Normalize: To make normal, especially to cause to conform to a standard or norm. To become or return to normal.
The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition Copyright © 2006 by Houghton Mifflin Company. Published by Houghton Mifflin Company. All rights reserved.
What is the norm if not what "normal (human/white) women" have dressed like and acted like? No matter what our 'take' is on her behavior, Michelle Robinson Obama comes across as a "Della Street" from the old Perry Mason television show. Or a "Clare Huxtable" from the Bill Cosby Show. You know, "normal" as in "what every white person has been trying to explain to every other culture and ethnic group for over a hundred years." Just act like a lady and not a hootchie-koochie. Dress conservatively. Look your best and treat others kindly. Be couth (courteous) and not course.
And for heaven's sake, Michelle Obama, quit acting angry, it's boorish. You're a smart intelligent woman. If you'll remove the chip from your shoulder and just act "normal" or "human" instead of "privileged" (or demanding), you'll do a lot more for all ethnic groups.

I really have a problem with the way American Media latches on to the newest person to come down the pike and imbues them with all of this implied credential when they have come out of nowhere and have done virtually nothing. And then, all of a sudden they are our instant icons, in a flash recasting our ancient paradigms and able to speak for us all.
This really needs to stop. Until America starts demanding some real credentials from these jamokes, we will continue to dangle in the wind, going to and fro in a directionless yet frenetic amble.

* Before Michele Obama, black women were proud of their country.
* Before Michele Obama, black women didn't have a chip on their shoulders because of their skin color.
* Before Michele Obama, black women were happy, patriotic conservatives who voted Republican.
Of course, consider the source -- the Detroit Free Press, one of the most leftist rags in American. who are ashamed of their
