U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice warned Iran on Monday that it faced more sanctions if it defied a two-week deadline to agree to curb its nuclear program.

Ah, but Condi, the trouble is that serious answers come from serious people. You won’t be finding any of those in that government.
A Look at Iran
They’re serious alright, but they are seriously determined to fudge, delay, temporize, wriggle, smooze, bribe, and do any other thing they find useful to avoid a physical attack on their nuclear facilities until it’s too late.
And they are doing this very successfully. The window of straightforward opportunity may have already closed.
The window may still be opened just a crack, but the job would be now be very tough, and would likely entail sustained operations, not just a strike and go.
The meeting with the Iranian officials was not a ‘talk’ or a ‘conference’. It was an ultimatum being delivered.
The poker hand is not yet played out. Iran is holding a pair.
Thinking they can threaten people with “sanctions” whose personal belief system justifies suicide is the height of stupidity.
Rice, Bush and the COngresscritters are as clueless on this issue as they have proven themselves on so many others.
Pray for America - pray for civilization.
We could be running out of time.
The answer Condi is “No” and “Never”.
What is it about “No” and “Never” that you do not understand?
