Senator Barack Obama raised $52 million in June, his campaign announced on Thursday morning, more than twice the amount he raised one month earlier before claiming the Democratic presidential nomination. “We have some big news we want to share with you,” campaign manager David Plouffe said in a message to supporters. “Because of your generosity and commitment, we’re reporting to the press today that this campaign is in a very strong financial position.” The average contribution to the campaign, he said, was $68.

I had missed this, and had bought into the speculation earlier last week that his June numbers were lower. I know it's old news, didn't find this title on search.

I wonder how much of that came from a few sources, like George Soros, reported as a series of smaller contributions from diverse individuals, whose names are not reported because of the small size of each reported donation.

There can be no doubt that Obama’s campaign has been supported from day one by some serious financial supporters with very deep pockets.

Only a true Obama Kool-Ade drinker could believe that he has pulled in $30 million to $50 million month after month after month, since January, 2007, with nickle and dime contributions from college professors, Black Panthers and unwed welfare mothers named Le’ Keeshee’ya.

He may have received quite a bit of support in the form of small contributions in the early stages of his candidacy but those people would now be pretty well tapped out after 20 months of this relentless, never ending campaign.

Whichever federal agency (or agencies) has authority to investigate suspicious political contributions should be working hard to identify the source of the tremendous financial contributions to his campaign.

I doubt he would have spurned Federal Campaign financing unless his handlers and big financial contributors assured him that the big cash will keep flowing.

According to reports a significant amount of this is coming from foreign sources who, supposedly, are bundling small contributions from mostly unidentifiable and untraceable contributors. This is a convenient way for labor unions, wealthy Americans, foreigners and foreign governments to channel illegal contributions.

Who is footing the bill?

- Mid-east oil money?
- International socialist groups?
- Saudi Arabia and other supporters of Muslim terrorism and Islamic domination?
- People who want billions in government money poured into a Hillary-Care health plan?
- Iran and others who want the USA out of Iraq?
- The one-world, open borders people and foreign countries?

Whatever forces are footing the bill they have very deep pockets.
There can be no doubt that there are some serious secret financial supporters that want him in office very badly.

That cannot be good for America.

Apparently, the economy is in fine shape if that many people can give multi-millions of their surplus cash to this con man.
So why all the whining on CNBC every day, as they promote Great Depression II?
