Didn’t Mythbusters do a story on something similar..??

I feel bad for the guy. But what would a sign look like that warned against doing this?

I think I remember reading somewhere that this form of death is too common (and stupid) even for the Darwin Awards.

As a kid out hunting one time i walked up to a hedgerow to relieve myself and, you guessed it, didn’t see the electric fencer.
Hurt like all get out! Pretty sure they heard my yell the next county over.

I'm wondering about the tourist who thought this was an okay thing to do in a train station. I'd hate to see this guy's hometown train station.

WHen working in Mexico, one oil well some great-uncles of mine worked in the 1930s was in a canyon. Several locals would sit on the canyon wall and watch the oilfield roughnecks drill the well. When they needed to urinate, the locals would whizz on the tin roof of the derrick's loafing shed, which became quite smelly in the summer heat.
They cured the problem by wiring 6 truck batteries to the tin roof.

Snopes weighs in....
http://www.snopes.com/photos/medical/electricfence.asp
That's the second worst thing I've ever read behind
this. (WARNING, no pictures but not for the weak of stomach or those timid about descriptions of certain areas of the body).
Now what would supercede both in barf-potential is reading "Obama elected President" on November 5th.
Also, the Mythbusters' conclusion was that it was possible to electrocute oneself by urinating on the third rail, but that in most circumstances your stream would probably subdivide into droplets because of surface tension instead of forming a continuous path. If you had a large enough flow rate, though, it was possible to have a continuous stream and hence a viable electrical path. So it's probably possible in certain circumstances, but not terribly likely.
To: According2RecentPollsAirIsGood
If you had a large enough flow rate, though, it was possible to have a continuous stream and hence a viable electrical path. A couple of pints at the local pub could contribute to the appropriate "flow rate".

Maybe, May be not. I currently have alternating postions on this one. Probably due to being wired on to much coffee.
