Spotted Owl taste like sh**. I can attest to that. I hit one once with my truck about 10 years ago and cooked it up. Not worth a damn. I wouldn’t recommend it for every day snacks!

There is a reason that there are no deer to hit with your car, in the Philippines. If it moves, they will figure out how to grill it and cover it with some spicy vinegar; or else smother it in coconut milk with some little chilis added.
