Why is this guy still breathing air that good people could be breathing instead?
To: Pyro7480
We should probably give up on the chance that Pennsylvania will every kill this guy and just be satisfied with him rotting in prison for the rest of his life.

1981? Mumia has already lived 27 years too long.
To: Pyro7480
Of all the people they could have picked they had to pick one so OBVIOUSLY guilty of cop murder with such a lousy alibi? I don't think it was an accident. I think they figured if they could get Mumia off, then they can get ANYBODY off death row.

Abu-Jamal’s brother open to testifying, lawyers say
After almost 14 years of silence, Mumia Abu-Jamal ‘s long-missing brother is ready to testify that his celebrity sibling did not kill Police Officer Daniel Faulkner, defense lawyers told a stunned courtroom yesterday.
But.........
Abu-Jamal’s brother fails to show up
He didn’t show. Long-lost star defense witness William Cook failed to appear at the appeals hearing of his brother Mumia Abu-Jamal yesterday, continuing his baffling silence about what he saw the night a Philadelphia police officer was killed 14 years ago.

Remember, Wesley Cook (his real name) was also a Black Panther and a fellow traveler of a left-wing cult called MOVE, and “the man” was keeping him and his brother down (Officer Daniel Faulkner was arresting Cook’s brother when he was shot in cold blood), so the murder of a white police officer was “justified” in their view.

Wesley Cook the cop killer is not going to be executed any time soon. Even though he should have been... a long time ago.

That I believe is the essence of his alibi. "the man was hassling my brother. So I went over to that pig. Then someone without my knowledge or consent grabbed a gun/pulled out a gun (that was linked to me) and fired a fatal bullet at the cop arresting my brother, then with his last conscious act the cop shot ME (even though I was doing nothing!), leaving me bleeding at the crime scene with a dead cop shot by my gun, me shot by the cops gun, and nitrogen residue on my hand as if I had recently fired a gun." Ahhh. The much vaunted "It was like, other kids...or something." defense. Pitiful.

Ah, Geno’s — it might not be the best Philly cheesesteak joint, but just for their support of Daniel Faulkner’s family and their stand against illegal immigration, any conservative who visits Philadelphia should patronize them (even though the sales tax from the purchase will fund a corrupt, anti-Christian, anti-Boy Scout city government).

Abu-Jamal's lawyer, Robert R. Bryan of San Francisco, said he planned to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to consider the case. Justice Kennedy will look around the world and see that Abu-Jamal's innocence is proclaimed by leftists everywhere, there fore the eighth amendment prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment prevents another trial or even continuing to keep Abu-Jamal in jail. Bryer, Stevens, Ginsburg and Souter will agree but would also support trying the prosecutors and Philadelphia police for crimes against humanity for ever pressing charges against Abu-Jamal.
To: Albion Wilde
That wouldn’t make a difference. They still have to add the sales tax.

I know this is going to make a huge difference (sarc), but I won’t set foot in France so long as they have that Parisian street named after the murderer Mumia. I guess they’ll change the Champs Elysee to the Champs d’Obama. IMHO, the only substantive difference between the two is that the big O hasn’t killed a cop (that we know about). I’ll bet anyone my vintage Reagan button that Michelle feels she has much more in common with Mumia than Justice Thomas or Condeleeza.

What's so baffling? He was an accessory to murder and lucky not to have his ass fried, too. He would be nuts to put his head in the noose to try and save his brother's sorry ass. He could wind up on death row for the rest of his sorry life. Like his lowlife brother, he's only concerned about his own sorry butt.
