Yep, it looks that way. It's a very convenient way to try to address the issue of people's suspicion that he's a fake.
The Bible goes into this kind of fakery. That's why it says instead of praying on the streets for all to see, to go discretely into your room to pray. That way your act of prayer is a humble one between God and you, and not just and arrogant matter of showing off.
This should not have been published, but I smell a rat here. This little prayer seems a bit self serving.

Well, I am a Catholic, and knew the nuns always had letters after their names, and Father, too. I just didn’t think God belonged to any one order....but I think he might be Franciscian! (okay, let’s go hide under the trees till the lightening bolts subside!)

That was rather redundant.
Actually, it was known as the "Wailing" Wall when Jerusalem was under Islamic domination and the area was used as a garbage dump, and Jews were only permitted to visit the site on the Ninth day of the month of Av, to mourn the destruction of the Temple on that date in the Year 70 by the Romans, and on that date in the year 586 BC by the Babylonians.
Referring to the Western Wall as the "Wailing Wall" is a gentile coining, is not the least bit appropriate for anyone who holds the least bit of respect and courtesy towards Jews, and is not used at all in Hebrew - instead the wall is referred to as the "Kotel".
The actual "most holy place Jews could visit" is presently occupied by a mosque, the Dome of Rock, sitting on the former site of the Second Temple in Jerusalem - the Temple Mount - and Muslims in the region tend to fly into a murderous rage if a Jew sets foot there, let alone tries to pray.
AND, when the note was flipped over, it read, “Return to Sender”.

This like everything he does was staged. His trip is taking a page out of Pallywood. No banners in Germany lest they be anti-US. Banners at the Kotel (Western Wall) so that Israelis appear pro Obama when they are not. He should run for stager in chief.

Great variation! By the way, according to Rush when Obama was visiting that most holy site he was accompanied by shills who were carrying campaign-like signs with pro-Obama slogans and pictures. Naturally, this caused great offense to the Jews. B. Hussein Obama is a class act!

There have been a number of movies I’ve enjoyed recently, tremendously great special effects, rockin’ action, a few even attempted to have a plot line. But great, or even merely good? Nah.

I am sorry folks—there is no way that someone reached up and pulled ah’s note from the wall (btw it is the Kotel, not the Hotel.) There are always at leat 75 people on the wall that are watching..and then there was more than 2 newspapers that had the notes—Obama wrote that prayer to be discovered—he was depositing his vitae for kingship—make no mistake, that prayer was written for him, he worships the moon god, the god of obsidian (stone.)

Well, that second statement is not out of line. I often run to convenience stores late in the evening and always look around to see who’s there. They are a prime target for robberies.
