Hooters hotties took to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts on Tuesday night, July 8, for a chance to win Miss Hooter’s International. Of the 130 bronzed bodies from all over the world, only one could be most worthy. Sara Hoots, from San Antonio, TX took the crown.
The 12th Annual Miss Hooter’s International event wasn’t just a celebration of beauty, but also the 25th anniversary of the first Hooters, which opened in Clearwater, FL in Oct. 1983.

Universities, those are babe magnets. Even more now! HELL YES! Unfortunately, I was a dumbarse and exiled myself to the Engineering School (NOT a babe magnet).
FWIW, from Charlottesville, Va., the "babe magnet" schools are south and west, for the most part. The further south and west you go, the hotter they get. Anything north and east...avoid at all costs. At least, this is what College Prowler tells me.
