LOL -- I do the same when it gets down to the 30s F and 90s %RH.
In your climate I just get dehydrated really, really fast. And then the nosebleeds start...

I hate the nosebleed thingy. If the humidity is too low for too many days, I’ll get them too.
But I try to make sure I get moisture into the air...shower, dishes...etc.
